Phoenix-RTOS has been ported to Gaisler GR712RC

After first port for Gaisler GR716, thanks to CBK, Phoenix-RTOS has been successfully ported to Gaisler GR712RC space processor. This SoC is more advanced than GR716. It consist two processing cores with MMU and large amount of RAM. The goal is to allow to use Phoenix-RTOS in space application and to create the ECSS qualification package.
